Anthropic India and US Parent company summoned in trademark case Over ‘Anthropic’ name-details
Anthropic Software founder Mohammad Ayyaz Mulla said both US-based Anthropic PBC and its Indian subsidiary, Anthropic India Pvt Ltd, must appear in a trademark infringement case over the name ‘Anthropic’. The court has now impleaded the Indian entity alongside the US parent.
